We have been delivering books, spreading literacy and creating educational opportunities since 2012. Our many adventures have brought us in contact with children and adults throughout the globe. We have donated over 1 million books and built libraries on 4 continents. Our books have reached over 500,000 children residing in 28 countries.
WorldTutors is a direct peer-to-peer tutoring program, providing access to essential educational opportunities that include conversational English, literacy skills, mathematics, and digital literacy. We are currently able to teach students in English, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish. Our tutors, like our students, live across the globe.
WorldTutors works closely with member students and communities to help determine needed educational and cultural opportunities and then pairs these students with appropriate tutors so that both groups can enjoy a positive experience.
Our tutors are provided with the resources, materials and skills needed to best fulfill the requirements of the position. Both tutors and students have the joint opportunity to learn and grow from one another.
